I’m tired of the disingenuous clamor from those that claim they ’Support the Troops’ by wanting them to ’Cut and Run’ before victory is achieved.

Withdrawing one’s troops before a stable peace is attained is, by any real definition, called “defeat.” You cannot support the troops without at least tacitly supporting their goal (or “mission”). So, yes, it is “cut and run”. Calling it anything else is an exercise in rationalization.
